If for any reason, during the first 30 days after receipt, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, will be pleased to refund your purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges, upon receipt of your authorized return. Your invoice number is your Return Authorization Number.

We will also be pleased to exchange any item within the first 30-days.

Please include a copy of your invoice. Your RMA number is your invoice number and should be included on your package and all correspondence. Items returned without original packaging will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. We can not be responsible for styluses lost or damaged in transit to us, or for styli received without required information.
